Job Description:

A company is looking for a Residential Consulting & Advisory Consultant for a part-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed reviews and risk assessments of mortgage operations
Gather and track due diligence documentation and compliance policies
Create comprehensive operational due diligence reports summarizing identified risks

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in loan origination and servicing
Knowledge of mortgage operations, compliance, and financial assessments
Ability to conduct operational assessments and evaluate business risks
Proficiency in maintaining accurate review status and documentation
Relevant professional certifications in mortgage banking or consulting preferred
