Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist who will
manage the billing process and provide customer service in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Contact clients to negotiate payment plans for outstanding debts
using phone, email, or mail
Document all collection activities and communications in the
company's collection software
Respond to client inquiries and establish cooperative working
relationships
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or related
fields
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used accounting ERP
systems
Prior remote call center experience preferred
Strong typing skills with the ability to type at least 30 wpm
