Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of the Global Treasury Management system (Wallstreet Suite) and various integrations between the TMS system and other systems. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, consolidate system-to-system data integration requirements and reporting requirements, facilitate UAT testing, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including various Backoffice functions (Treasury, Finance, Confirmation and Settlement, Credit and etc.), IT and external vendors, to gather and document business requirements for the Global Treasury Management system.
Analyze and map current business processes with future processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Focus on system-to-system data integration, working closely with integration developers and architects to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Define and document reporting requirements for vendor developed reports as well as internally developed reports.
Facilitate test case creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
Assist project manager to prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.


Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst, preferably in the Energy Trading and/or treasury management domain.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, project management, and/or technical development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Experience with system-to-system data integration and related technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is preferred.
Competency in Visio or other process diagramming tools desired
