Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Education Director,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and delivers technical training and educational materials
for Recovery Partner personnel and employees involved in donor
screening and tissue recovery
Monitors and reports key quality indicators for Recovery Partners
to assist in their quality improvement processes
Performs audits of Recovery Partners to ensure compliance with
policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Nursing, Physician's Assistant, or a
relevant area of study, or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in human tissue banking, including screening,
donor evaluation, and tissue recovery
Proficient in aseptic tissue recovery and knowledgeable of cGTPs
and federal regulations related to HCT/Ps
Experience with virtual platforms for educational content
delivery
PC literacy with experience in MS Office Suite applications
