Our client is currently seeking an Operations Engineer with Commissioning and TAB experience to join their growing team in Houston's Energy Corridor.

Job: Operations Engineer
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Open to candidates with backgrounds in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the BD Manager to identify and connect with clients.
- Create and finalize proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).
- Work closely with the COO, stepping in to handle tasks when needed.
- Manage the lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to set priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead effective meetings and document discussions and decisions.
- Communicate project status and risk mitigation plans clearly and promptly.
- Improve processes to enhance team efficiency and value.
