Our client seeking a Structural Bridge Engineer to join their growing team in Houston, TX.

Reason for Hire: Growth
Location: Houston, TX (in-office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Interview Process: In-person, ASAP
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

Work on multiple bridge projects, collaborating with the design team from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Design bridges, retaining walls, junction boxes, and structural details for transportation projects.
Contribute to the design of miscellaneous structures and provide technical expertise for building-related systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
5-10 years of experience designing concrete bridges for transportation projects and preparing plans/specifications for clients such as TxDOT, cities, counties, and tolling authorities.
Experience working within a team of engineers and technicians to deliver transportation projects successfully.
Proficiency in preparing plans for TxDOT, cities, counties, and tolling authorities.
Experience with Open Bridge Designer and Open Bridge Modeler is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
