Key Responsibilities

Establish KPIs and develop short-term and long-term support
strategies
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable
solutions
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Customer Experience
7+ years in a leadership role managing global teams
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a
related field
Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer
service strategies
Proficiency in customer service software, preferably Zendesk
