Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager
(M&A).
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and
resource allocation
Communicate project status and conduct regular project meetings
Required Qualifications and Education
5-7 years of experience in Project Management
Proficient in project management methodologies and resource
allocation
Experience with large transformative IT projects and/or M&A
project management
PMI certification (PMP or PMI-ACP) is a plus
Familiarity with travel-specific technologies and global travel
trends is beneficial
