Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Operational Risk
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the team responsible for identifying potential risks to the
enterprise
Evaluate the impact of proposed risks and manage information
monitoring to reduce risk
Document resolutions and control guidelines while reviewing
business strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk and controls
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in managing and leading change with a focus on
continuous improvement
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and risk assessments is highly
preferred
One or more relevant certifications such as CIA or CPA is
preferred
