Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Advocate who will
drive change and enhance customer centricity across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the customer support strategy and design governance framework,
prioritizing initiatives aligned with overall strategy
Establish a strategic roadmap to optimize value for Customer
Support stakeholder groups and execute prioritized initiatives
Monitor the Customer Support marketplace for trends and new
capabilities to enhance service strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
15+ years of professional experience in Customer Service or a
related field
10+ years of leadership experience managing global customer support
teams of 100+ people (required)
3-5 years' experience with large language models (LLM) in a
customer support environment
5-7 years of experience with Workforce Optimization Platforms,
including Conversational Intelligence and workforce management
