Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Service Delivery in
Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Professional Services team, managing KPIs, goals, and
P&L
Define operational processes and collaborate with global Services
teams
Build strong client relationships and contribute insights to the
Product team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or
Computer Engineering
10+ years of experience in the technical/software industry,
preferably in professional services or customer success
3-5 years of experience leading a global team of over 50 people
Prior consulting experience is required
Experience in automation technology is a plus
