Job Description:

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of reporting, analytics and data management for Ezee Fiber. This includes creating recurring & ad-hoc reports and Tableau dashboards to measure operational performance, revenue & contribute to the overall Business Intelligence strategy.About Us:At Ezee Fiber, we're dedicated to providing innovative and reliable fiber optic solutions that enhance connectivity and communication. • Create, optimize, monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes and data workflows.
• Collect, refine, validate and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
• Design, develop and maintain complex Tableau reports and dashboards for scalability, performance and re-use.
• Development experience with .NET, Java and Python.
• Analyze and assist in identifying operational efficiencies and process improvement.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst setting/role.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Excel, PL/SQL, ETL, and Tableau platform.
• Extensive hands-on development experience with both Tableau desktop and Tableau server.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:
