Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to
oversee multiple markets and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic and operational plans, set goals, and measure
results for assigned markets
Place and develop Area Directors, providing consultancy for
business improvement
Ensure compliance with safety and legal procedures while managing
operational budgets
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience,
preferably with a global brand
Hands-on experience in developing training programs and assessing
skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to travel as required
