Key Responsibilities
Lead the PMO team in delivering strategic projects and ensuring
process standardization
Scale PMO operations by developing project intake and communication
processes
Drive cross-functional program alignment and establish a Center of
Excellence for PMO best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of people management experience
8+ years of project and program management experience
Demonstrated ability to build project management infrastructure
Strong organizational leadership skills
PMP certification or equivalent professional certifications
preferred
