Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success
Managers
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer onboarding,
engagement, and renewals
Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities for
growth
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, with 3+ years
in a leadership role
Expertise in corporate L&D training platform solutions
Strong knowledge of SCORM, HRIS platforms, and LMS systems
Experience with EdTech or SaaS products
Proficiency in tools like Gainsight, Salesforce.com, and
Hubspot
