Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a team in
their Substance Use Disorder Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of therapists, including regular
meetings and case conferences
Analyze team performance and implement solutions to improve
clinical care and operations
Oversee the delivery of evidence-based trauma-informed behavioral
health care to members
Required Qualifications
Valid clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in WA, TN, TX, MO,
IN, FL, LA, or KY
Experience in leading and implementing programs
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care
management
Master's degree in social work, behavioral health, public health,
or health care management
Willingness to be licensed in multiple states
