HCC Risk Adjustment Coding Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an HCC Risk Adjustment Coding Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and perform accurate medical record reviews for risk adjustment
Support process and quality improvement initiatives and conduct training on platform usage
Manage risk coding projects, including project status and chart reviews as needed

Required Qualifications

Professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical records experience
5 years of risk adjustment experience
Background in Utilization Review (UR), Quality Assurance (QA), and/or Quality Improvement (QI) preferred
Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access at home
