A company is looking for a Faculty Manager to lead a team in its
Instructor Led Training department.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and mentor faculty members
Conduct faculty observations, evaluations, and provide performance
feedback
Manage faculty professional development and schedule
development
Required Qualifications
Current and valid certification relevant to the position
Prior teaching experience in corporate training for adult
students
3+ years of relatable experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience teaching online preferred
