Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Manager to
optimize contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with BPO WFM teams and collaborate on
workforce management strategies
Develop and maintain metric reporting and forecasting models to
align staffing with operational needs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct audits to
recommend process changes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a WFM role within a contact center
environment
Proven experience managing BPO WFM relationships
Strong background in metric reporting and workforce management
optimization
Experience in developing forecasting and scheduling models
Demonstrated ability to handle complex assignments with
initiative
