Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Research & Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of analysts to resolve coding and reimbursement
inquiries
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HIPAA
medical/clinical code set changes
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on coding processes and
reimbursement guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a
corporate environment)
3 years of experience in a leadership/management role
1 year of project management or account management experience
5 years of experience with Medical/Clinical Coding
Coding certification from a recognized coding organization (e.g.,
CPC or CCS certification)
