Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and
quality for product and engineering teams
Drive continuous improvement of release practices, reducing cycle
times and enhancing quality
Manage headcount planning and resource allocation to align with
business goals and budget
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or
release management for software development
Proven expertise in software development processes, including
release management and automation
Experience managing large budgets ($10M+) and resource
allocation
Strong ability to define and track success metrics using
data-driven insights
Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership with product,
engineering, and business teams
