Procurement and Contracts Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Procurement and Contracts Manager who understands contract law and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client master service agreements and confidentiality agreements, modifying them to mitigate risk
Develop and manage contracts for procurement of goods and services, negotiating terms with suppliers
Identify opportunities for procurement process improvement and support contract formation activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field; legal background preferred
4 to 6 years of experience in procurement and contracts
Significant understanding of legal terminology and business contract principles
Knowledge of business insurance and insurance terminology
Familiarity with multi-state and international supplier/vendor laws
