Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Support Manager to provide
advanced support and maintenance for their Workday system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for Workday modules and troubleshoot
complex system issues
Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business
requirements and develop custom reports
Lead Workday-related projects and conduct training sessions for
end-users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum trained in Workday HCM administration and configuration
practices
Proven experience within HR and/or Recruitment operational
space
Workday certification in one or more modules
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration
tools
