Job Description:

A company is looking for an Energy Storage O&M Asset Management Leader (Director - Sr. Director level) - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee asset optimization functions for utility-scale battery storage assets to maximize performance and revenue
Develop and implement operations and maintenance initiatives in alignment with ISO/RTO rules and NERC compliance
Drive asset optimization through strategic evaluations of hardware, software, and cybersecurity in collaboration with IT and OT departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or similar with utility-scale renewables experience
Proven success in asset management leadership roles focusing on O&M strategy and energy risk management in renewable energy
Experience with 3rd party O&M contract management and expertise in P&Ls, energy deal structures, and cash management
Experience leading asset management initiatives across various energy platforms including renewables and energy storage
Ideal candidates have held roles such as Sr. Director of Asset Management or Director of Asset Optimization in renewable energy companies
