Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, People Analytics
to lead talent and organizational analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive analytics for talent development and performance management
systems
Evaluate organizational networks to enhance productivity and
employee engagement
Conduct research and translate analytic results into actionable
insights
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Psychometrics, Psychology, Statistics,
or a related field
5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and psychometric
techniques
Proficiency in statistical software and coding languages (e.g.,
SPSS, R, SAS, Python)
Experience with Workday and graph databases is a bonus
Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse
stakeholders
