Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Manager to support the
full-cycle management of online and offline events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the events calendar and create detailed plans including
budgets, deadlines, and goals
Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor research, booth
concepts, and team accommodations
Set up online events and assist with internal events organized by
the HR team
Required Qualifications
Experience in organizing online and offline events
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets for event planning and
profitability estimation
Previous experience working with marketing teams
Good command of English for effective communication with customers
and partners
