Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage medical case management for work-related musculoskeletal
injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination,
implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with insurance carriers, medical care providers,
attorneys, employers, and employees to monitor and report on
injured workers' progress
Utilize a digital engagement tool to facilitate case management and
enhance communication with injured workers and care teams
Required Qualifications
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in specified
states
Experience in case management of workers compensation cases and
management of musculoskeletal/orthopedics preferred
Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or CRC) preferred
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
Skilled at patient education
