Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reserve Health Readiness Program
Transition Manager to oversee transition health readiness
initiatives for Service Component personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal
regulations
Develop and implement transition plans while managing operational
and financial oversight
Coordinate with stakeholders and oversee onboarding and resource
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, program management, or a related
field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting or
program management
Proven experience managing large-scale contract transitions within
the federal sector
Experience with the US Military or federal agencies is required
PMP certification preferred; ITIL, CMMI, or Lean Six Sigma
certifications are a plus
