Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their
team in Fairfax.
Key Responsibilities
Document evaluation results and daily progress notes according to
department policy
Complete discharge notes summarizing treatment, progress, and
follow-up recommendations
Provide educational materials and training to patients and their
families
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Certification in Basic Life Support upon start (American Heart
Association)
Virginia Physical Therapist licensure upon start
Experience in acute care preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; Master's degree
preferred
