Job Description:
Join our team as a part-time licensed clinical social worker in
a growing physician-lead geriatrics practice at Eagle's Trace by

We require a social work degree (BSW or MSW), clinically licensed
social work, and a minimum of three years of social work experience
in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of the geriatric population,
case management, and dementia is preferred.
