Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Provider to
join their primary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a panel of patients with mild to moderate behavioral health
conditions in collaboration with primary care providers
Provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques and
support psychotropic medication management
Document patient progress, facilitate treatment plan changes, and
participate in ongoing care collaboration
Required Qualifications
LCSW or LPC with 2+ years of outpatient work experience
Experience with brief, structured intervention techniques
Must be licensed in Texas or Georgia
