    376 Type of staff: Day Shift - 2 charge, nurses vary by census and acuity, clerk, nurse tech in L2 Night Shift - same as day shift Patient Ratios - varies by acuity 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 Type of equipment - All NICU equipment EMR - Meditech & CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
    
    Must have :
    candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Two years of NICU experience Infant assessment, IV management, Respiratory support management Preferred or nice to have :
    candidates with these skills will be considered first.
    Level 4 NICU experience
    HCA experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
    
    LP, central line placement,
    Circumcision, eye exams Best personality Fit:
