Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Team Supervisor,
responsible for managing a team of Peer Specialist Coaches
delivering digital mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide management and support to a diverse team of coaches and
behavioral health professionals
Use performance data to support team members in delivering
high-quality interventions and prepare reports for management
Review service level data to identify areas for improvement and
contribute to the development of company policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant
experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in
a behavioral health setting
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the
digital health industry
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire a large team of providers
