Job Description:

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Coder to join their team in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities

Identify appropriate codes for the language in benefit plans
Analyze and validate coding done by peers
Initiate discussions to create a coding document and examine audit results for adjustments

Required Qualifications

3 years' experience with coding and reimbursement methodologies (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS)
3 years as a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA)
3 years of active unrestricted RN license
