Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) for
Home Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement evidence-based wound care protocols to
enhance patient outcomes
Assess and provide consultation for chronic and acute wounds,
including ulcers and skin injuries
Educate home health clinicians and physicians on effective wound
management techniques
Required Qualifications:
Possess compact Florida and Texas RN license
Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nurse (CWOCN or WOCN)
Demonstrated expertise in wound care and ostomy care
Experience in clinical home health settings focused on wound
care
Proficient in OASIS documentation
