The Luxury Concierge is an integral member of our Real Estate Luxury Division, committed to elevating the experience and value proposition for our luxury agents. This role encompasses overseeing marketing initiatives, event support, and resource management while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. With a focus on innovation, creativity, attention to detail, and a strong competence in the Real Estate Luxury industry, the Luxury Concierge directly contributes to the division's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Agent Empowerment and Support
--- Showcase the unparalleled value of the luxury program, empowering agents to excel in the competitive luxury market.
--- Provide support in crafting sophisticated listing presentations and premium marketing materials for properties valued at $830,000 and above.
--- Curate and maintain an up-to-date luxury handbook, ensuring seamless onboarding and a comprehensive introduction to luxury real estate resources.

Marketing and Communication
--- Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, "coming soon" materials, and presentations.
--- Post compelling content tailored to luxury real estate audiences on social media platforms.


This role is based within the Luxury Division's office and involves frequent engagement with agents and event participation. This role has the possibility of remote work for qualified candidates. Success in this position requires adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:
--- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
--- Demonstrated experience in luxury real estate, event coordination, or high-level administrative roles.
--- Proficiency in Adobe and Canva with a strong eye for design. Other platforms accepted such as InDesign, etc.
--- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
--- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
--- A service-oriented, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
--- Experience in press release writing and marketing campaign management is a plus.
