Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist
to assist customers with their orders and accounts while working
from home.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
Assist customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking
payments, and placing orders
Personalize customer interactions and offer additional products
during calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must reside in approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky
Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured
schedule
Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer
High-speed internet connection is required; no satellite or
wireless options
Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as
needed
