Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Retail Sales &
Trade Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for North
America retail customers
Drive sales growth across all sales channels, including stores and
ecommerce
Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team to create effective
marketing plans with key retailers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in leading multi-functional Sales and
Marketing teams with Ulta Beauty and/or Sephora
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and
achieving sales goals
Deep understanding of the retail landscape and customer buying
behaviors related to Ulta Beauty and/or Sephora
Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of
building high-performing teams
Creative and innovative mindset, capable of leading through
fast-growth scenarios
