Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - IT Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of real estate programs,
ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, managing
project performance and risks
Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and
foster relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate
programs
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a
related field
Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline
preferred
Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP are preferred
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and financial
modeling
