Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Commercial to join
their legal team remotely in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various multi-jurisdictional
commercial and technology-related agreements
Support sales in negotiating and closing revenue-generating
agreements with enterprise clients
Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice while
collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department or
a respected law firm
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school; admission to a
state bar is a plus
Demonstrated excellence in legal drafting and negotiating complex
agreements
Working knowledge of data protection laws
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under
deadline pressure
