Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join
their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial agreements,
including vendor and partnership agreements
Provide legal advice on commercial matters, risk management, and
compliance issues
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assist in
developing company policies to mitigate legal risks
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in a US state or ability to obtain
admission
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a commercial counsel or in a
similar legal role, preferably in technology or healthcare
Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
