you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: An
experienced Account Executive, Public Sector. You will focus on
growing existing business and bringing on net new logos within the
public sector space specializing in government, health and
education. This role will primarily focus on the Texas region with
flexibility in the West region states.To succeed in this role you
must have experience in:
- You'll become the resident expert on RingCentral services -
selling into the Public Sector vertical voice, SMS, video
conferencing, collaboration (messaging)
- Prospect contact center solutions - CCaaS.
- Close complex deals involving multiple executive level
stakeholders - C level.
- Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators,
internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.
- Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately
forecast and meet sales goals
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and
negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling.Desired
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience selling into the Public
Sector.
- 5+ years of technology solution based selling (SaaS, UCaas,
Cloud applications, VoIP, CCaaS)
- Demonstrated sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota.
- Skilled in conducting F2F presentations, online web demos,
adhering and adopting a measured sales process
- Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring major and enterprise
level customers
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas
to others
- Entrepreneurial flare - ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get
things done
- BS degree, continued training and education preferred
- If you are hired in California the compensation range for this
position is between $120,000 and $150,000 for full-time employees,
in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.

this position is between $158,900.00 and $227,000.00 for full-time
employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and

salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and
