Job Description:
A company is looking for a Success Coach to support students in
their re-enrollment and degree completion journey.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with students to support their
re-enrollment and academic goals
Co-create actionable plans with students to overcome obstacles and
achieve their objectives
Document student progress and utilize technology to provide
tailored support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
At least one year of experience in student support or customer
service
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and G-Suite; willingness to learn
other remote work tools is a plus
Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet space
Passion for helping students and making a positive impact in their
lives
