• Presentation Creation: Convert content into beautiful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Data Analysis: Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Excel or other data analysis tools, and present findings through visually engaging graphs and charts.
• Content Development: Build newsletter content and email templates for effective communication within the organization.
• Email Communication: Write and edit content for email communication to ensure clear and professional messaging.
• Additional Support: Provide any other necessary support, including project management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva for creating presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, pivot and visualization using Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear and engaging content.
• Ability to develop and design newsletters and email templates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in project management and coordination is a plus.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva.
