Job Description:
A company is looking for an IR Coder to join their team
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate patient medical records and related reports
Accurately assign and sequence ICD-10-CM codes, CPT codes, and
modifiers
Research IR coding-related claim denials and ensure compliance with
coding policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of previous medical coding experience
required
AAPC, AHIMA, or RBMA Certification required
AAPC CIRCC certification preferred or required within 2 years of
start date
Interventional coding experience required
