Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) to join
their clinical recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle clinical recruitment in collaboration with the
Talent Acquisition team
Support hiring managers in meeting their corporate hiring needs
Develop and execute a multi-state recruitment strategy while
ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in
healthcare/clinical recruitment
Fluency in Spanish is required
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Ability to build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders
and candidates
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate candidates in
different time zones
