Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriter to manage
commercial transactions and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, attorneys, and sales
representatives during commercial transactions
Review complex title exams and underwrite commercial
transactions
Collaborate with internal team members and clients to maintain
service and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with escrow instructions, co-insurance, reinsurance,
and high liability underwriting procedures preferred
Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus
Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed
environments
