Seeking a proactive individual with keen attention to detail to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion in Spring, Texas (this is not a remote position). Collaborate with estimators, project managers, superintendents, and the sales team to ensure seamless project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between clients, crews, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
--- Plan and supervise roofing projects throughout all stages, ensuring successful completion.
--- Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project deadlines efficiently.
--- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns promptly.
--- Manage the ordering and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment required for projects.
--- Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

--- Monitor project advancement and promptly resolve any on-site issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.(Preferred)
--- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
--- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
--- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
--- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards is a plus.
