Job Description:
A company is looking for an FMLA Claims Team Lead to supervise
and manage a team of Claims Specialists and Experts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the FMLA Claims team, including
delegating tasks and managing performance evaluations
Collaborate with internal resources to develop and maintain a
high-performing workforce
Implement and monitor performance indicators while ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Claims Management experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience in absence management or disability management is a
plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
