Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Improvement to
oversee the performance of Quality Improvement Associates in a
remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly
audit performance metrics
Investigate and optimize productivity and performance using
infrastructure tools
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make
recommendations
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent required
One to two years of managed care experience required
One to three years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and
regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and
Word
